7 Hot & Spicy Anal Sex Tips

Anal sex is a fun and exciting sexual experience that I highly recommend all couples try at least once before deciding if you they want to make it a regular part of their sex lives. These 7 anal sex tips will show you some really wonderful ways to have more fun and pleasure when having anal sex.

1. Don’t Forget About The ‘Relaxing Period’

This is by far the most important anal sex tip I can give you. The main reason most women give up on anal sex is because they don’t understand the ‘Relaxing Period’. This is the time it takes for the muscles (sphincter) in your anus to relax when your man first enters you.

The first few times that your man penetrates you anally, these muscles will naturally contract strongly. When this happens, if your man continues to push into, you’ll experience severe discomfort and pain.

Instead, your man needs to wait for these muscles to relax. So he should keep still during this time. NO THRUSTING AT ALL! This can take anywhere from 10 seconds to 5 minutes. As the muscles in your anus relax, he can try to penetrate you a little deeper, just make sure he does this extremely slowly.

Eventually, your anus will relax fully and he will be able to slowly thrust in and out. Even though your sphincter muscles have relaxed, you will still find it slightly uncomfortable the first few times you try anal sex with your man, especially if he has a large girth.

2. Start In Control

Starting in control is probably the second most important anal sex tip I can give you if you want to make sure you have a good time when having anal sex.

But what do I mean by ‘starting in control’?

So you could tell him to stay still on his knees while you back up onto him, allowing you to control how deep and fast you take him. Another way is to have him lie down on his back while you lower yourself onto him in the cowgirl or asian cowgirl position.

3. Find Your Sweet Spot

5. Your Man May Enjoy Some Anal Stimulation

This is one anal sex tip that I hope you try out with your man for the simple reason that he can get a huge amount of pleasure from his prostate (think of this as the male G-Spot) and his anus.

Start by rubbing your fingers around the outside of his anus to see if he enjoys it. If he does, then try to gently penetrate him with just one finger. Again if he seems to enjoy it, then just keep advancing trying more anal play with him.

7. Go For The Double (Penetration)
