To perform the Bended Knee position, both get on your knees while facing each other in an upright position. Make sure you are close to each other. Your man then needs to stay on one knee, while lifting his other knee up and outward to plant his foot on the bed to his side. You then need to lift your leg on the same side and rest it on top of his. Your man then enters you and starts thrusting.
