How To Make A Girl Squirt – Techniques, Positions & Pictures

Knowing how to make a girl squirt is going to make you the best lover she has ever been with and you’re going to learn the exact steps to make any girl squirt.

Before we jump, I want to quickly cover the groundwork that will make it far easier for you to make her squirt on a regular basis. I’m talking about her anatomy and more importantly how to put her in a relaxed state and mood so that she is willing and eager to squirt.

What Is Squirting (Some Confuse It With Peeing!)

Some people confuse squirting with pee, and feeling like she is going to pee makes many women feel uncomfortable. Not only is comfort vital to make a girl squirt, but if she thinks she might pee, your partner might tense her muscles and activity prevent herself from squirting.

Why do women squirt?

Unlike peeing, squirting is an involuntary reaction to G-spot stimulation. So you’ve got to rub her G-spot if you want to make a girl ejaculate. Squirting is often — but not always [1] — a result of G-spot orgasm.  Squirting and pee are similar in that the fluid is ejected from the same place, her urethra. She’ll squirt a small amount of prostatic fluid [2] — sometimes small enough that you won’t notice a difference between squirting and her natural arousal.

For some women, the amount of liquid is much larger, and it includes liquid stored in the bladder.

Her G Spot

Her G Spot is going to be the most important part of her vagina when learning to make your girlfriend squirt. You can see where it’s located in the diagram above, on the front wall of her vagina, often referred to as the anterior wall of her vagina [3, 4, 5]. To be clear, this the side closest to her belly button.

Locating it is the first step to master how to make her squirt. So to find it with your fingers, you will insert one lubed finger inside her vagina, and slide the pad of your finger (where your fingerprint is) along the upper wall. Her G Spot will be between 2-3 inches deep inside [6].

You’ll know that you have found her G Spot because it will feel similar to a wet raspberry or bunch of grapes to the touch: soft; it’s slightly ribbed/textured with ‘gutters’ on either side [7 p 82-83].

Important: The G Spot is easier to find when she is aroused. Just like your penis only gets hard when you’re aroused, her G Spot will remain hidden until she is aroused and horny. So if you haven’t followed Step 1 to turn her on by removing the “Brakes” to her sex drive and Step 2 to make her horny by intensifying the “Accelerators” to her sex drive, then she won’t be aroused meaning you won’t be able to find her G Spot.

Her Skene’s Gland

The Skene’s glands are present in the G Spot area [10], which is sometimes called the female prostate [8] as it corresponds to the female equivalent of the prostate [9]. Some simply call the Skene’s glands the same as her G-spot. Her Skene’s gland isn’t in her vagina; it’s “located in the front portion of the vaginal wall around the lower end of the urethra” [11].

As she gets aroused and horny her Skene’s gland will start to swell and fill up with fluid (this is fluid that she ejaculates when she squirts).

Keep in mind, that if you try to make her squirt without warming her up first without lots of foreplay, then her Skene’s gland isn’t going to have time to swell up and fill with fluid and she is going to struggle to squirt.

To be clear, Therefore, if you want to stimulate her Skene’s gland, then you will need to stimulate her G Spot, and I’m going to show you a bunch of techniques to do this.

As a result, this entire tutorial will focus on stimulating her G Spot.

Her G Spot & Skene’s gland are the most important parts of her anatomy that you need to focus on when figuring out how to make her experience female ejaculation. While I will cover how you can incorporate other techniques to make her squirt, stimulating her G Spot/Skene’s gland will form the foundation of everything you should be doing.

The Key To Making Squirting Easy

Everyone thinks that to make her squirt, you need to perfect your fingering technique. They think that if she’s not squirting, it’s because they are not rubbing, not massaging or not pressing the correct way.

Often, this is not the reason she isn’t squirting.

The most common reason that women can’t squirt is that you have not properly released the Brakes that are holding back her sex drive and/or you have not intensified the Accelerators to her sex drive that will make her crazy horny, aroused and ready to squirt. Remove The Brakes

There are certain things that inhibit a woman’s ability to let go and get turned on. These include things like:

• Stress.
• Anxiety.
• Depression.
• Exhaustion.
• Certain medications.
• Bad past experiences.
• Fears about pregnancy and STIs.
• Etc.

If your girl is experiencing any of these issues, then she is going to obviously find it difficult to fully relax, let go and squirt.

But, if you follow my advice in the guide to turning her on, you will be able to remove these Brakes to her sex drive.

Once you have removed these Brakes, then the only other issue that may prevent her from squirting is that you may not have used any Accelerators to her sex drive to make her aroused and horny.

Intensify The Accelerators

These are the things that make your girl horny and desperate for sex. They include things like:

• Her feeling desired and wanted.
• Being with a guy she finds attractive.
• Experiencing intense sexual tension.
• The right type of physical foreplay.
• etc.

Once you can reliably turn her on and have removed the Brakes, while increasing the Accelerators, making her squirt comes down to using the right technique, which is surprisingly simple…

A Little Preparation

This goes without saying, but the last thing you want to do is put a sharp object that might nick or cut her vagina. So make sure to trim AND file your fingernails.

Trimming them is NOT enough. You must make sure they are filed down too so there aren’t any sharp edges that might hurt her.

Similarly, make sure the skin on your hands isn’t rough and jagged. You can also exfoliate and use lotion, so your hands will be baby smooth.

Squirting Technique

You’ll start by inserting your middle finger into her vagina, making sure it’s wet and lubed (learn about your lube options) so it goes in smoothly. Ideally, she should be wet enough that you can coat your finger with her natural wetness before penetrating her. If not, try licking your finger. The last option is to use lube.

As you insert your finger, you need to be brushing the pad of your finger (that’s the area with your fingerprint) against the top of the vaginal wall, like in the illustration above. Gently stroke the area with your middle finger and see how she responds.

After doing this for up to a minute, slowly pull out your middle finger. You’re now going to insert both your middle and ring fingers together.

To make sure they both slide in pleasurably, you’ll need to coat your ring finger with her natural wetness as well…or use salvia or lube.

As you slide your index and middle fingers inside her, it should look like the illustration above, with your fingers curled slightly around her pubic bone, so they are providing pressure to her G Spot area.

If this is your first time trying to make your girl squirt, it’s a good idea to do a little exploring with your fingertips. Extend them to reach a little deeper and then curl them back up to bring them to a shallower point in her vagina. When doing this make sure to run your fingertips along the top wall of her vaginal canal.

As you do so, you’ll be able to feel different textures and surfaces, helping you to find exactly where her G Spot is…Remember, it feels similar to a wet raspberry.

Now it’s time to stimulate her G Spot and make her squirt! Here is a bunch of different techniques, try them all and then focus your efforts on the ones that work best for you and your girl.

Push The Button

Like the name, you’ll perform the Push the Button techniques by repeatedly pressing her G Spot with your finger like you would press a button, up and down. Experiment and vary how much pressure you apply and the speed at which you do it. Lightly pressing can be enough for some women, while others need intense pressure.

This pressing can be pleasurable, but not be enough to push her over the edge and squirt.

Rubbing Her G Spot

Rubbing her G Spot in a circular motion while maintaining lots of pressure on your fingertip is another option. Again, for some women, this is enough to make them squirt, but for others, it merely feels nice and is not enough to make them explode.

Thankfully, the next technique will make squirting much easier.

Come Hither Motion

Making a ‘come hither’ or ‘beckoning’ motion with your middle and ring fingers will allow the tips of your fingers to run over and back on her G Spot, providing her with a lot more stimulation. Again, make sure to experiment with the amount of pressure you apply and with the exact location of where you apply the pressure.

As you curl your fingers, you should be applying lots of pressure to her G Spot. Then release this pressure as you’re straightening them out. As you start curling them again, start to apply more pressure.

For many women, this is more than enough to make them squirt. However, there are two issues that sometimes arise from each of these three techniques:

1. You may notice that your fingers and wrist get tired way too fast before she is even close to squirting.
2. They may not provide enough stimulation to your girl.

That’s why I’ve reserved the Arm Shaker for last. It’s practically a fail-safe way to make any woman squirt.

The Arm Shaker

The Arm Shaker shares much in common with the above three techniques, with a few important differences. Instead of using your fingers and hand to provide stimulation, you are going to use your entire arm. First, you need to keep your fingers firmly in place, with the tips pressed against her G Spot. Then you need to start using your entire arm to provide pressure to her G Spot, a lot more pressure than previously.

Do this by keeping your arm quite stiff while trying to raise and lower it rapidly. As your fingers are pressed against her G Spot, you will be able to provide massive amounts of pressure to it. This is almost guaranteed to make her squirt.

Extra Pressure

If for some reason, she is still having trouble with female ejaculation despite using all the techniques I’ve just taught you. Then you can have her apply downward pressure to her Mons Pubis, like in the illustration above…or you can use your spare hand to do it yourself.

Applying pressure like this has the effect of gently squeezing her G Spot further into her vagina, allowing you to provide more pressure.

My one concern in this position is making sure that you don’t apply too much pressure or press down too hard. Otherwise, you will be putting a lot of pressure on her bladder, which will make her feel like peeing, taking her out of the moment.

You can also use this technique during sex if she requires more pressure on her G Spot.

Clit & G spot

Now it’s time to combine forces to double her pleasure. With one hand, you will be using some of the techniques I described above for rubbing her clit while using your other hand to penetrate her and massage her G Spot. You’ll be stimulating her clitoris from the inside and outside.

The only hard part when doing this technique is comfortably using both your hands…

What position makes it easy to use both of your hands to finger your girl?

• Standing behind her is probably the best position as you can easily reach around her and kiss her neck while doing it.
• Her on all fours with you behind her on your knees, reaching around her. You may have to lean over her in this position, meaning that you can kiss her back as you do.
• You lying down on your back with her lying on top of you, also on her back.

If one of your hands is pressing on her mons, have her rub her clitoris while you stroke her G-spot. When she plays with her own clit, you can experiment with a wider variety of positions, some of which may be more comfortable for you or allows you to stimulate her G-spot for longer.

Sex Toys

If you find that your girl enjoys squirting and you want to try new ways to do it, then using sex toys is the perfect option. Dildos and penis shaped vibrators can work great, but keep an eye out for purpose made G Spot vibrators and dildos that will make stimulating her G Spot and making her squirt super easy. These toys have curved or contoured heads that are designed specifically for G-spot stimulation and do most of the work for you.

Some women prefer rigid sex toys such as those made from hard plastic, glass or metal because they provide the necessary intensity for G-spot orgasm and squirting, while others don’t need such intense stimulation. Your girl will know what works best for her, so make sure to talk to her and get her feedback.

Squirting during sex

If your partner can squirt easily when you are fingering her (more fingering techniques), and you both enjoy it, then it only makes sense to try making her squirt during sex.

All the same preparation advice for making her squirt during sex applies here, so make sure you have removed the Brakes to her sex drive and intensified the Accelerators to make her crazy horny. Then, all you need to worry about is what position you penetrate her at. Now is not the time to worry about lasting longer, just focus on the position you use.

Above, you can see a good angle to penetrate her at to stimulate her G Spot during sex.

In the illustration below, you can see an exaggerated, and more extreme angle that, hypothetically, would provide even more stimulation to her G Spot as the head of you penis slides over it with every stroke. Of course, such an extreme position would be almost impossible and may actually feel more like you are painfully poking it.

I wanted to include it as you need to experiment with the angle that works best for HER (remember, you need to get her feedback on what works best!).

One of the great things about making a girl squirt during sex is that it doesn’t require deep penetration, as you can see in the two images aboce. You really only need to penetrate 1-3 inches deep to stroke her G Spot and make her squirt, making it possible for even the least endowed guys.

This means, that although we have a guide examining the scientific research on how to make your penis bigger, having a bigger penis isn’t necessary to make her squirt.

One important point to note on making your girl squirt during sex is that if she has trouble squirting when you are fingering her, she is going to find it almost impossible to do it during sex. My advice would be to first focus your attention on getting her to reliably squirt using the techniques above before you get too concerned about whether she squirts or not during sex.

Sex Positions For Squirting

In the Sex Position Guide, you are going to find over 100 different sex positions to try out with your girl.

Great…

But not every position is going to help to make your girl squirt. Below, you’ll find some of my favorite positions for maximum G Spot stimulation, making squirting much more likely as you penetrate her.

The key to making these G Spot positions work is by adapting them to fit your own sex life and preferences. You and your partner likely have body dimensions that are different to the demonstrations below and the same goes for your preferences.

Following my advice on positions blindly (or any of my sex advice for that matter) is a recipe for mediocre sex. The key is adapting it to what works for you.

G Spot Position – As the name suggests, the G Spot position is all about hitting her G Spot with each thrust. More information on the G Spot position.

Launch Pad Position – This position is great as it gives your girl a lot of control over how deep you penetrate her. She can simply push you back with her feet if you are too deep or relax her legs so you can penetrate deeper.

You’ll notice in this position that you can “bottom out” and hit her cervix very easily so be careful if you are even average sized. Remember, you only need to penetrate the first 1-3 inches to stimulate her G Spot and make her squirt.

The more you lean backward in the Launch Pad position, the more intense and direct your G Spot stimulation will be. Learn more about the Launch Pad position.

Pearly Gates Position – Pearly Gates is a position that many couples have never tried and it’s a great way for her to be in the driver’s seat, as you will be on your back and she will be on top of you. This way she can control the depth, speed, and pressure on her  G Spot more. Learn more about the Pearly Gates position.

Bouncing Spoon Position – This one is similar to the Pearly Gates position as you won’t be able to thrust much. This means that she can control how she feels you, whether it’s an in-and-out motion she wants, a grinding motion, or a combination of both. Learn more about the Bouncing Spoon Sex Position.

Crab Sex Position – Realistically the Crab position is almost identical to Cowgirl, except she will be leaning backward and supporting herself with her hands behind her. Just like the previous two positions, during the Crab, she can take a lot of control, but if she likes, you can also do some thrusting in the Crab sex position.

Spooning and it’s variations – Depending on your and your girl’s builds, Spooning and it’s variations like Teaspooning and the Sideways sex position, can be great for G Spot stimulation AND it also has the benefit of feeling incredibly intimate for both of you.

The only caveat to Spooning is that unfortunately, not every girl will feel her G Spot getting stimulated during it. My advice: Try it for yourself and see. Learn more about the Spooning sex position.

Jockey Position – If you’re for a variation of Doggy Style, then the Jockey position may be right up your alley. Your girl will be lying down on her stomach, and you will be straddling her.

In this position, you can stimulate her G Spot slightly by simply thrusting, but there is a better way…

Instead of thrusting in and out, you should grind on her, similar to how you would grind on her during the Coital Alignment Technique (CAT). So you should stay deep inside her throughout this motion. You then need to move forward along her butt, while staying deep inside her, then backward while also staying deep inside her. Doggy Style – Many women love doggy style because of the more intense G-spot stimulation it can provide; although, this position might not be ideal if you want her to squirt. Consider starting in Doggy Style, where she is on all fours and you enter her from behind, then switching to another position as she’s ready to squirt.

Get Feedback

If you follow my techniques correctly, then you will be able to make most women squirt with ease. Of course, not every woman enjoys every technique I’ve just taught you. To find out what she does enjoy AND what she needs to make her squirt, you need to get her feedback…

Get. Her. Feedback.

Passive feedback – The first way to get feedback from her is to watch her face and body language when you’re using these techniques on her.

If her eyes are rolling into the back of her head, she is making an ‘O’ shape with her mouth, and she is screaming in pleasure, then you are clearly doing everything right.

However, if her face looks frustrated, bored or neutral and she is not making a sound, then she may not be enjoying it as much, and you may want to alter your technique slightly. Sometimes sounds of pain and pleasure can be quite similar.

Active feedback – Talking to her and getting specific feedback is crucial. If you have a fragile ego, this can be tough, BUT it will make you a better lover. If you both have an open and non-judgmental attitude, this is pretty easy.

Troubleshooting

Learning how to make your girl squirt can be a tricky proposition. Some couples find it super easy, while others find it dam near impossible. This troubleshooting checklist should help you identify and solve all the major problems that may be impacting her ability to squirt.

1. The Need To Pee

If you look over all the anatomy pictures above, you’ll notice that her G Spot and Skene’s gland are right beside her bladder. This means that when you press on her G Spot, you might indirectly apply pressure to her bladder. Plus, swelling of her G-spot due to arousal [12] can contribute to this feeling.

Additionally, when she does squirt, the fluid comes out of her urethra, the same tube her urine comes out of, which to many women feels like they are peeing, even when they are squirting. If she’s trying to hold in what she thinks is pee, she won’t be able to ejaculate.

Pressure on your bladder is naturally going to make any person feel like they need to pee. Try right now, by pressing on your stomach, below your belly button to see what I’m talking about.

There are a few ways to deal with this feeling:

• Get her to pee before sex so that her bladder is empty.
• Talk to her about it, so that she knows why she feels like she needs to pee even though she will squirt.
• If she is worried about wetting the bed, then try making her squirt in the shower first, so that she can just wash everything away. You can also toss a towel or sex blanket on the bed to help her feel more assured.
• Get her to try squirting on her own and/or in the shower. This way, there will be less pressure on her to actually squirt, and if she’s in the shower, it means that everything will get quickly washed away anyway.

2. She Wants To Squirt, But Nothing Happens

Your girl wants to ejaculate, so one or both of you set out to stimulate her G-spot and make it happen. She’s comfortable and aroused, and she feels the need to pee arise. You’re in the shower or have put a towel on the bed, so she’s not worried about whether it’s pee (or doesn’t care as long as it feels good). But nothing happens.

What’s up with that?

The simple answer is that the urethra needs to be open for her to ejaculate. So if you’ve got your fingers, penis or a toy inside her vagina, it could be blocking her urethra and preventing female ejaculation.

The solution is simple…

Once she feels that orgasm or ejaculation build up, simply remove whatever’s inside her to let the ejaculate flow free.

It if helps, she can also push with her PC muscles (the same ones used for Kegel exercises) to squirt more/harder/further. Pushing is key to her squirting technique. If she has a squirting orgasm, the contractions might result in quite the show!

3. She Gets Very Wet But Doesn’t Squirt Like In The Movies

If you watch pornography, then you’ll have seen squirting videos where the girl squirts a long stream into the air.

Amazing, right?

The problem with this is one that it’s often fake. If you look closely, the fluid comes from her vagina and has just been put in there so she can squeeze it out.

Some women can ejaculate a larger amount of fluid, which includes fluid that comes from the bladder. But this is the exception and not the rule.

Most women squirt less, and it usually doesn’t travel so far. Additionally, many women simply squirt small amounts of liquid instead of squirting a stream of fluid.

So, if you are accurately following my advice and your girl never seems to squirt, but instead just gets wet and leaks or gushes fluid, then please do not get frustrated! This may be the closest she can get to squirting or she may squirt so much that neither of you even notices!

4. She Gets Nothing From It At All 🙁 What Am I Doing Wrong?

There could be a few different issues here….

She Doesn’t Want to Squirt – She may dislike the idea of squirting and it may be a turn off for her. This could be because she thinks it’s dirty, it’s pee, it’s embarrassing or she may associate some other negative emotion with it.

In some cases, you can talk to her openly and non-judgmentally about it to try and help her to see squirting as an erotic and sexy act. But, if this doesn’t work, there is very little you can do and the more you push her to try and squirt, the less likely it will be to happen.

It’s kind of like if your girlfriend wants to use a strap-on. If you don’t like the idea, then the more she pushes, the less hot it’s going to be. Thankfully, there are lots of other ways to make her orgasm.

Incorrect Technique – You may not be giving her the stimulation she needs to squirt. The remedy here is to talk to her and experiment with different techniques to find out what she needs. You can even ask her to show you what she wants.

She Doesn’t Know Her Body – She may not know what type of stimulation she needs in order to squirt. This is especially true if she’s never squirted before. In this case, she may need to try masturbating alone to make it happen or you two can experiment together with different techniques, variations and combinations to find out what works.

You Haven’t Removed The Brakes Or Increased The Accelerators To Her Sex Drive – If she’s stressed, tired, angry or her mind is elsewhere, then she’s going to have trouble even getting aroused, making squirting impossible. I call this Removing The Brakes to her sex drive, so that she can get turned on in the first place.

Additionally, if you haven’t turned her on enough and had enough foreplay for her Skene’s Gland and G Spot to swell, then making her squirt will be difficult. I call this increasing the Accelerators to her sex drive so that get’s crazy horny for you.

Physical Issue Preventing Squirting – If you can’t make a female squirt, it could be that she has an injury (to her urethra, for example) or condition that’s preventing her from squirting or even from receiving pleasure from G-spot stimulation. No matter how intent you are to learn how to make her squirt, it might not be possible.

Some Combination of the Above Issues – Usually the reason she is struggling to squirt isn’t crystal clear, and it’s actually a combination of the above factors. Once you identify them, then it’s a case of addressing each issue so that it becomes easier and easier for her to squirt.

5. Is Squirting Pee?

As I mentioned above, squirting produces a small amount of fluid from the Skene’s gland, and to answer the question “Can all women squirt?” all women may be able to do it, but the amount may be small enough that it’s not even noticeable. Usually, when women are concerned about peeing during sex, it’s because they don’t have control over their bladder, which is different from squirting [13].

What Is Female Ejaculation?

Female ejaculation can be a much larger amount of fluid that originates from the bladder [14] and mixes with prostate fluid before ejecting from her urethra [15, 16].

Studies indicate that ejaculate contains some of the elements of urine but is extremely diluted [17]. Your girl might find that she can ejaculate a large amount even if she’s urinated just before sex. The bladder significantly fills with sexual stimulation [18]. We advise peeing after sex to help prevent UTIs, but doing so can actually evacuate ejaculate that wasn’t ejected during sex.

Now that you know what happens when a woman squirts, you’re better equipped to make a girl ejaculate.

6. Does Squirt Make Good Lube?

“Squirt” and female ejaculation are different things [17] and have different textures, so you might find that one makes good lube while another doesn’t. If you want to move to penetrative sex after making her squirt (or continue having it), have a bottle of lube within reach just in case, especially if you’re only partially hard.
