Some people really notice the impact that food has on their bodies. But if you’re struggling generally with mental health, coping with stress, or self-esteem, including body image, you might be better served by someone whose focus isn’t sex. Remember, this isn’t an instant fix. The time and effort can be well worth it, however.

Do You Have to Relearn How to Feel Attractive?
