To get into the Tug Of Love, your man first needs to lie down on the bed on his back with his legs open. You then need to sit down on top of him and let him enter you, with your legs on either side of him in front you. Next, you need to start leaning backwards until you are lying down on the bed (put your arms behind you to ease yourself down). Your head should be close to his feet.
