1. Washing Machine

The receiving partner will be on their feet, standing up, facing the washing machine, and leaning over it while their partner enters from behind. 2. Spread Legs
The Spread Legs position requires considerable flexibility from the receiving partner and is wonderful if they like to feel submissive during sex.
As you can see from the illustration above, the receiving partner needs to lie on their back, raise their legs into the air, and spread them. The penetrating partner then gets into the same position they would normally be in during Missionary style sex.
When the partner on their back with their legs spread is bigger – If you are the receiving partner and carrying excess weight, you’ll find that the Spread Legs position is awesome as it makes deep penetration easier.
These tips will make it even more pleasurable:
- Get your partner to grab your legs and push them back. Talk to your partner and let them know exactly how much pressure to put on your legs so you can find the best angle. This position also makes it very easy for your partner to stimulate your G Spot during sex.
- Try putting a pillow or cushion under your hips/lower back to help find the perfect angle.
When the partner on top is bigger – If you are the penetrating partner:
- You can place your hands on your partner’s thighs, calves, or ankles to change the angle.

3. Face Sitting aka Queening
Sitting on your partner’s face, also known as face riding or queening can be an extra intense position for overweight people, especially if you are a BBW who like to be dominant during sex. Those with a penis can also sit on their partner’s face.
To get set up, one partner needs to lie down on their back. Then, the other partner needs to straddle their face and lower themselves down on it. The partner lying down on their back can then start performing oral sex.
When the partner on top, receiving oral is heavier – If you are on top and on the heavier side, you have a lot of options to keep it intense:
- Try facing them so you can look down and maintain eye contact. Alternatively, you can straddle them while facing the rest of their body, which is perfect for performing the 69 position.
- If you are facing them, try grabbing their hair and pulling/pushing their head into the position you want. This is extra fun if you are feeling dominant.
- Instead of letting your partner perform oral sex on you, try grinding yourself against their face. This works best if you have a vulva; it’s harder to do this if you have a penis.

When the partner lying on their back, and giving oral, is overweight – If you are the partner on the bottom, giving oral sex, it doesn’t matter whether or not you are overweight. Here are some tips to spice things up:

Cowgirl position is one of the most popular sex positions for fat people for a reason…

As you can see in the illustration above, the penetrating partner needs to lie down on their back. The receiving partner then straddles them and sits down on their penis, resting some of their weight on their lap and some of their knees.
In the Cowgirl position, one partner can do all the work, but it’s better when both partners are active.
When the partner on top is larger – If you are the receiving partner, you don’t need to accommodate your size in any special way when riding your partner in the Cowgirl position.

But there are a few things you can do to enhance your sexual pleasure and have stronger orgasms.
- Play around with what angle works best and provides you with the most pleasure. Try leaning backward and placing your hands behind you to support yourself. Then try leaning forwards and doing the same until you find your perfect position.
- You can move in an upward⬆️ and downward⬇️ motion, which will feel great for your partner.
- Alternatively, you can move forward➡️ and backward⬅️ on your partner’s penis, stimulating your clit more.
- You can rest almost all your weight down on their lap. If you are grinding forward and backward on your partner at the same time, this will add extra pressure on your clit for more intense clitoral stimulation.
- Sometimes it can be easier if you face away from your partner (ie, Reverse Cowgirl) than facing toward them (Cowgirl). This also changes the angle of penetration.
- Cowgirl can be difficult if you’re plus size and your partner has a smaller penis. Consider penis sleeves to make penetration easier.
- Spread your knees wider if your thighs block penetration.
When the partner on their back is larger – Try using the following techniques in the Cowgirl position if you are the penetrating partner and overweight…
- Try placing a pillow or cushion under your hips. This will push your hips and penis upward, pull your stomach slightly out of the way and make penetration easier and allow you to penetrate an inch or two deeper.
- Try the Vulcan V (demonstrated in the two illustrations below), which will help to stimulate your partner’s clitoris in the Cowgirl position.
This tip works for everyone but can be especially helpful when you’re learning how to ride a man when you’re overweight.
In the first illustration above, you can see how you should position your arm and hand for the Vulcan V as the penetrating partner.
Below, you can see the exact shape you should make with your hand/fingers for the Vulcan V. The receiving partner will then be able to grind against your hand and knuckles. You can bend your knuckles slightly if your partner’s vulva makes direct clitoral stimulation difficult.
Bigger guys can also use this move to press down on their stomachs to make their penis more accessible. If this is the case for you and it makes Cowgirl difficult, you might want to try using cock rings or penis pumps.
If this is the first time you use the Vulcan V with your partner, make sure to get feedback from them to learn what they enjoy and don’t enjoy about it.
5. Jockey Position
The Jockey sex position is wonderful for receiving partners who want to relax and let their penetrating partner do most of the work. Bigger women might also feel more comfortable because this position hides their stomachs. It can also be less strenuous on your joints as the penetrating partner.
The receiving partner simply needs to lie down on their stomach with their legs together like in the illustration above. The penetrating partner then straddles them on their knees while facing in the same direction.
The receiving partner can squeeze their legs tightly together in the act of syntribation which many find to increase their pleasure.
When the partner lying on their stomach is plus size – If you are a BBW, then there is one thing you can do to make penetration easier and deeper…
Place some cushions or pillows under your hips so that they push your butt upwards. This will make deeper penetration easier for your partner.
When the partner on top is plus size – If you are the penetrating partner and are overweight, then try keeping your upper body somewhat upright in this position. You can even lean back if it’s easy for you.
Doing this will help to flatten your stomach and make penetration easier. Leaning over your partner may cause your belly to get in the way.
However…
If your partner enjoys feeling your body on theirs, you can lean forward and rest some weight down on them. Keep in mind that this will make deeper penetration a little harder.
6. Doggy Style
Doggy Style is a classic sex position that usually works for all types of body shapes, sizes and, weights. It’s also a great position for having anal sex.
The receiving partner needs to get down on all fours, on their hands and knees. The penetrating partner then kneels down and penetrates them from behind like in the illustration above.
When the partner on all fours is obese – If you are the receiving partner, try to hinge or “fold” more at the hips. You can do this by getting down on your elbows (or resting your chest on the bed). This will make it lookand feel like you are pushing your butt into the air.
This will expose your vagina and ass more, making it easier for your partner to penetrate you more deeply. However, you don’t have to do this if it makes you uncomfortable.
Lying on a wedge or sex pillow might make this a more comfortable plus size sex position, while also making penetration easier.
When the partner penetrating from behind is obese – When you are the penetrating partner and you have a larger belly, this can make penetration tricky, as your belly may be in the way.
- Try pulling your shoulders back and leaning backward while stretching upwards. This will help to flatten your stomach and make penetration easier.
- You can grab your belly with your hands and lift it upwards out of the way.
- You can place your hands on the sides of the receiving partner’s butt and spread their cheeks so you can penetrate them more deeply.
7. Corner Doggy Style
Corner Doggy Style sex position is similar to regular Doggy Style in that the penetrating partner is behind the receiver, looking at their back. This position is also great for having anal sex.
The receiving partner needs to straddle the corner of a bed, with one leg on either side of the corner, like in the illustration above. Depending on how high the bed is, the receiving partner can either kneel on the floor or stand on their feet. It’s easiest to rest your weight on your stomach/chest by lying down on the bed, but you can also rest on your elbows or hands.
When the partner lying over the bed is fat – If you are the receiving partner, you need to hinge or “fold” at your hips as much as possible, like in the previous position.
This means that you will arch your lower back and push your butt into the air, exposing your ass and vagina to your partner and making penetration easier.
When the partner penetrating from behind is fat – If you are the penetrating partner and are carrying extra weight, you will find that leaning over the receiving partner can make your belly feel fatter and in the way.
Prevent this by leaning backward, pulling your shoulders back, and stretching upwards to flatten your belly.
Squeezing your ass and pushing your hips forward also helps to flatten your belly.
- You can also pull your belly upwards with your hands.
- You can spread your partner’s butt with your hands, making penetration easier.
8. Turtle
The Turtle sex position is a form of Doggy Style. The receiving partner is working hard to push their butt in the air so that their privates are exposed and penetration is easier.
To get set up in the Turtle position, the receiving partner needs to start on all fours. They then need to lower their chest right down onto the bed and, if possible, arch their back while pushing their butt in the air.
Optionally, they can wrap their arms behind their thighs like in the illustration and gently pull their chest to their knees. This helps to expose their vagina and butt further.
The penetrating partner should be on their knees like during regular Doggy Style sex. If there’s a big height difference, this plus size position can be a bit tricky to perform and you may need to rest on pillows or something else to align your heights correctly.
When the partner with their arms wrapped behind their thighs is chubby – When you are the receiving partner in this position, we advise listening to your body and starting off slowly, especially as you wrap your arms around the back of your thighs and pull your upper body towards your knees.
One nice benefit of this position is that you might also be able to masturbate yourself while your partner is penetrating you if there is enough room between your thighs and stomach.
When the partner penetrating from behind is chubby – We’ve already covered what you can do as the penetrating partner in previous positions:
- You can flatten your stomach by pulling your shoulders back and leaning backward, while trying to “elongate” your upper body.

9. Sideways Turtle
The Sideways Turtle is a pleasurable sex position for obese people that’s similar to the regular Turtle position that I just covered.
The receiving partner will be in the same Turtle position with their legs together and brought towards their chest, but this time, they will be lying on the side. The penetrating partner will be on their knees.
When the partner lying on their side is overweight – If you are the receiving partner and on the fatter side, then you can play around with how tightly you hold your thighs.
You can also try placing a pillow underneath your hips to raise them up and change the angle of penetration.
When the partner penetrating from behind is bigger – Having sex in the Sideways Turtle position is quite similar to the regular Turtle position we explained above.
You’ll be on your knees during sex. And…
- You can remain upright and use your hands to grab your partner’s hips and pull yourself deeper.
- You can lean over your partner and rest some of your weight on them or place your arms on the bed to rest your weight. Doing this can make it harder to penetrate your partner deeply.
10. Reverse Cowgirl
The Reverse Cowgirl position is exactly as it sounds. It’s like the Cowgirl position, as the penetrating partner will be lying on their back. However, the receiving partner will be facing in the opposite direction, sitting down on the lap of the penetrating partner. Reverse Cowgirl might be a better option for those heavier folks who struggle to learn how to ride in the regular Cowgirl position.
