What Is a BDSM Contract and Why Use It
If you’ve done some research into BDSM relationships, you may have heard of BDSM contracts. Contracts are part of BDSM negotiation, which happens before you play.
Set expectations – A contract is an easy and clear way for a submissive and dominant, even people who have never met before, to establish protocol, boundaries, safety, and expectations within a scene or the whole relationship.
Related: 8 vital BDSM rules to keep it safe, sane & crazy-kinky
It answers questions – Think of a BDSM contract as answering several important questions that you, ideally, have discussed at least a little bit with your submissive wife, husband, or partner(s).
- What do you want out of this interaction or relationship?
- What role(s) will you and your partner(s) play?
- What are you willing to do or have done to you?
- How will you enforce power-exchange dynamics (if any)?
- What do you need to ensure it goes well, and you’ll walk away safe and happy?
- What other things might impact this BDSM scene or might your partner need to know?
Stops one person from calling the shots – One of the benefits of a BDSM or D/s contract is that it prevents the dominant or top from making unilateral decisions that would go against the submissive’s wishes.
Squirting: Any woman can experience the intense pleasure of squirting, if you follow the right process. I demonstrate the most powerful squirting techniques and explain the process, step-by-step in the Squirting Magic Guide.
With that in mind, a BDSM contract is something you create together, not something that the dominant writes alone.
Do you need a formal, written contract?
Absolutely not!
Fun killer? – For some, written contracts like those in the PDF templates below help to ensure they don’t forget anything. For others, that’s overwhelming and too formal to be much fun.
Some people prefer verbal BDSM contracts.
That is, they talk about what they need, want, and expect from a scene or relationship but don’t write it down. For them, the negotiation is the contract, and that’s good enough!

Consent – Unlike in Fifty Shades of Grey, real-life BDSM contracts are consensually agreed to by both parties.
Learn: Guide to consent.
Coercion? – A submissive can and should fully read a contract and use it as a forum to discuss any concerns before entering into a BDSM scene or relationship. In fact…
Any sort of force or coercion when it comes to BDSM contracts is a significant red flag, and we would caution against playing with someone who treats contracts in that way.
A BDSM contract can be adjusted as needed, and some people add expiration dates as a tool for them to review and renew their contracts.
Easy way to exchange info – Although it might seem silly or even like overkill to those who are new to bondage and BDSM, using a contract can make it easier for you to exchange information that would otherwise be an awkward conversation – and could even save a life!
Go deeper: Powerful tips for talking about sex.
Slow down – But just because a contract can be a great tool for exploring BDSM doesn’t mean you need one as soon as you meet a kinky new partner. Sometimes people find that quickly creating a BDSM contract at the beginning of a relationship feels overwhelming or too strict (remember, the contract itself doesn’t have to be rigid or heavy!). It’s also common for people to need time to learn what their limits and needs are in a BDSM scene or relationship.
Important Elements of BDSM Contracts

Before we get to the submissive contracts and downloadable PDFs, you might be wondering what should be in a kink contract. There’s no hard-and-fast rule for what must be in every contract; however…
The most important part of any BDSM contract is that it works for you.
The examples below are just that.
Some things that others might include by default may not apply to you and your partner(s), relationship, or situation, and that’s okay! Feel free to ignore anything below that doesn’t work for you. For example, you might sign your contract but not list names if only you and your partner will see it.
Keep in mind that you don’t need to detail everything specifically in your bondage contract. It’s for the most important things.
Participants – Who is participating?
Safe words – What are your safe words or signals? When might you struggle to use them?
Check-ins – How do you check in, or how would you prefer to be checked in with? How often?
Quick Warning: This blow job tutorial is wild... However, it will teach you how to give blow jobs that will make your man cry with pleasure and become sexually addicted to you. Limits – What are the things you won’t do (hard limits) and those that you might consider or need to work up to (soft limits)? What will make you comfortable approaching your soft limits? Do you want to push any limits and, if so, how?
Roles & Responsibilities of Partners – How many people will be involved, and what will the roles/responsibilites be in relation to one another? Some examples:
- Dom/sub
- Master/slave
- Trainer/pup
- Owner/pet (check out pet play)
- Top/bottom
- A less defined “scene partner”?
- Will there be power exchange?
- What is expected of each person?
- Will there be opportunity for you to switch roles?
Rules and Protocols – Will it be high, low, or no protocol? What rules will apply to interactions or the relationship?
Punishments & Rewards – How will wanted behavior be rewarded and unwanted behavior be punished? More about BDSM punishment.
Pain – How do you feel about receiving pain? How much pain are you looking for?
Marks – Can you leave bruises, cuts, abrasions, or other marks? If so, where?
Humiliation – Is erotic humiliation okay? Are any types of degradation off limits?

Duration / Location – Where will activities take place and for how long? Will you perform in public or with others around?
Medical information – Does anyone have any illness, injuries, or other conditions that the other person should know? How is it treated? Where can medicine be found? Who’s your emergency contact?
Penetration – Will there be penetration? If so, what kind?
- Sex toys (how to use sex toys for more pleasure)
- Fingers (how to finger your girl to orgasm)
- Penises
- Which orifices
- Etc
Contraception and protection – Will contraception or other protection (birth control, condoms, dental dams, etc) be required? Who will provide or take/use it? Will toys be used on more than one person (possibly introducing bodily fluids to other people)?
Accidents – How will accidents and injuries be handled respectfully even if one or both parties are upset?
Aftercare – What aftercare is required and when? Who provides it?
Contract Expiration/Revocation/Termination – How long is the dominant and submissive contract good for? How often will you revisit it to ensure it still works for you? Will you need a new contract when it expires, or can it roll over? How do you leave/end the contract?

5 BDSM Contract Templates
Below you’ll find 5 different sample BDSM contracts that you can save, edit, and even print.
Verbal Contract

A verbal BDSM contract is often a little more casual than a formal written one. It’s basically a conversation where you explain what you’re willing and unwilling to do, along with any other considerations. No signing and no dates — it’s usually assumed to last for the duration of the scene or to be easily updated with another conversation.
Here’s an example verbal contract
I’m interested in getting tied up and flogged.
Temporary marks are okay but no bruises and nothing that would be visible in street clothes.
Penetration by objects and fingers is okay but no intercourse.
I can’t use latex toys or gags because I’m allergic – there’s medication in my bag if I come into contact with it.
My left shoulder has been a little tender, so be gentle with tying and moving. My safe word is “Stop,” and I’ll only use it when I want to stop everything immediately and proceed to aftercare. Otherwise, I’ll say if I need any adjustments.
I can go nonverbal when in subspace, so please check in on me if anything seems off.
Related: BDSM subspace: the good, the dangers & aftercare.
In reality – Of course, during a verbal negotiation, you won’t talk nonstop at the other person. It will be a back-and-forth where you ask what you want, explain what you’re willing to do or give, and hopefully find a place where everyone involved is happy. At that point, you could seal it with a handshake or, even better, a kiss!
Dominant/submisive (D/s) Contract

Download Dominant/submissive contract (DOC file, editable)
A Dominant/submissive contract usually indicates something more than casual play. You might have a longer-term contract with someone who is a power-exchange partner but not a romantic partner. Or your D/s partner might be your partner in life and love. Regardless, the contract will reflect that dom/sub relationship.
Here’s an example Dominant/submissive contract:
1. Parties
This agreement is entered into between [Name] (the “Dominant”) and [name] (the “submissive”), both adults, on [date].
2. Effective Dates
This agreement takes effect on [date+time] and continues until [future date+time], at which point it will be reviewed and renewed, revised, or terminated by mutual agreement. Either party may also call a review at any time.
3. Roles and Honorifics
The Dominant will be addressed as [Honorific] during agreed dynamic time.
The submissive will be addressed as [name] during agreed dynamic time.
Outside of agreed dynamic time, both parties revert to first names and equal standing.
4. Safe Words
The following safe words are in effect during all play:
- Green = “I’m good, continue.”
- Yellow = “I need to slow down or check in.”
- Red = “Stop everything now.”
- Non-verbal signal = double tapping, used when speech is not available.
The Dominant is responsible for routinely checking in with the submissive during scenes, regardless of whether a safeword or non-verbal signal has been used.
Calling Yellow or Red is never grounds for discipline. It pauses or ends the scene immediately, no questions in the moment.
5. Hard and Soft Limits
Submissive’s soft limits (conditional, requires explicit consent each time):
- Choking
- Foot play
Submissive’s hard limits (never, under any circumstances):
- Any play involving minors or animals
- Severe injury or mutilation, including branding, broken bones, or severe blood loss
- Scatophilia
Dominant’s soft limits (conditional, requires explicit consent each time):
- Play while intoxicated
Dominant’s hard limits (never, under any circumstances):
- Diaper play
Both parties may add limits at any time. Removing a limit requires a written amendment to this agreement.
6. Rules and Protocols
While the dynamic is active, the submissive agrees to:
- Address the Dominant as “Ma’am” or “Mistress” during active dynamic time.
- Greet the Dominant at the door when she arrives.
- Check in with the Dominant at least once daily when separated, but only when it can be done safely and reasonably.
- Wear the locking watch as a symbol of devotion to the Dominant in public and private, except when it isn’t practical, such as during showering, swimming, or working out.
The Dominant agrees to:
- Acknowledge the submissive’s check-ins when able.
- Respond or make a decision within a reasonable timeframe after the submissive makes a request.
- Inspect the setting, tools, and toys before each scene to ensure they are safe and appropriate for use.
- Guide and train the submissive in all ways.
- Take on agreed-upon decisions for the submissive within the scope of the dynamic.
- Have a responsibility to veto any request or consent from the submissive when, in the Dominant’s judgment, proceeding may create an unreasonable risk of harm.
7. Discipline
When a rule is broken, the Dominant may apply a suitable discipline from the following agreed-upon options:
- Chores
- Stress positions
- Withholding sexual release
Discipline outside this list requires renegotiation. Discipline is never applied during an active scene without explicit re-consent. Discipline is never applied in anger.
The Dominant will clearly announce when a punishment or disciplinary measure has ended.
8. Rewards
The Dominant agrees to acknowledge the submissive’s compliance and growth through:
- Praise
- Allowing them to skip a chore
- Gifts or treats
9. Aftercare
Submissive’s aftercare needs:
- Immediately after a scene: treatment for any bruises or abrasions, sports drink, cuddles, and lights low/off.
- Within 24 hours: check-in.
Dominant’s aftercare needs:
- Immediately after a scene: connection and conversation.
- Within 24 hours: partner check-in.
Both parties are responsible for receiving and providing aftercare. Aftercare is part of the scene, not an afterthought.
10. Check-In Schedule
The parties will hold a structured check-in on the first Sunday of each month to discuss:
- What is working in the dynamic.
- What is not working.
- Whether any rules, limits, or rituals need adjustment.
Check-ins are held outside of dynamic time, with both parties equal.
11. Termination, Revocation, and Renewal
Either party may pause the dynamic at any time by stating “I’m pausing.” All rules and rituals suspend until both parties agree to resume.
Either party may terminate this agreement or the relationship at any time, in writing, with no obligation to justify the decision.
This agreement will be renewed, revised, or terminated at the end of the Effective Dates by mutual agreement.

Depending on your relationship, the D/s contract above might suffice. However, you may want a contract that highlights the feminine power and divinity of the dominatrix (referring to her as “Goddess”) or the full-time nature of your 24/7 TPE relationship or BDSM lifestyle. Some femdom submissive contracts are even written as a request to the domme to accept the sub’s offer of his body and soul.

Here’s an example femdom contract:
You can easily adjust the genders for a more general BDSM slave contract, too.
I, __________, hereinafter referred to as the slave or submissive, being of sound mind and body, do hereby offer myself of my own free will, with an open heart and a clear mind, in consensual submission to __________, hereinafter referred to as the Mistress, Dominant, Domme, or Goddess. This contract governs the structured relationship, terms of ownership, and mutual expectations agreed upon by both parties.
Term and Duration
This agreement shall officially commence on __________ and shall remain in full force and effect until its formal expiration on __________. During this specified timeframe, the submissive voluntarily surrenders personal autonomy to the absolute authority of the Dominant under the conditions outlined herein.
Mutual Trust and Personal Growth
The participant asks the Leader to accept the participant’s commitment to focus within the established boundaries of this agreement. In doing so, the participant places themselves under the Leader’s guidance and direction to achieve shared goals. This relationship is built upon a foundation of deep trust and mutual respect. The participant intends to follow the Leader’s guidance and instructions, offering their time and effort toward the objectives defined for the duration of this agreement.
Sign of Commitment
As a visible sign of this commitment, the Leader reserves the right to provide the participant with symbols representing their dedicated status. This may include items like specific tokens or identifying markers. These symbols serve as a reminder of the participant’s voluntary commitment to this structured path and shall be handled or displayed as directed by the Leader to signify their role in the partnership.
Termination of Agreement
This agreement is consensual and may be terminated by either party at any time should the established boundaries be violated or should the arrangement no longer serve the mutual interests of the participants. The use of a pre-determined signal or “stop” word immediately suspends all terms of this contract.
Signatures and Execution
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and consensually entered into this agreement of their own free will.

Sissy Contract
Download sissy contract (PDF file, not editable)
Download sissy contract (DOC file, not editable)
A sissy kink or sissification typically involves a submissive man and a female dominant but can also be the BDSM style between two men. In their exchanges, the sub typically acts and dresses in a super feminine way. The ultimate goal may be to minimize, overwrite, or even eradicate the sissy’s masculinity.
A common aspect of the sissy kink is that the sissy will be forced to be a slut/fuck boy/boy toy for other people when instructed by their dominant partner.
Sometimes the dominant forces this on the sissy sub, and sometimes it’s a punishment. Sissification is often accompanied by humiliation. However, gender-bending and cross-dressing are definitely common kinks for many people.
Related: Full list of 257 kinks & fetishes
In this dynamic, the sissy may be forced to do typically feminine work and errands.
You may also notice things like boot licking (can be part of a foot fetish or not) and body worship.
A sissy contract will stand out from other BDSM contracts, even femdom contracts, because the male submissive may be referred to with the pronouns “She/her” or may simply be referred to as “Sissy”. This reinforces the power exchange and forced feminization of the submissive partner.
Here’s an example sissy contract:
The Sissy, [name], shall always acknowledge that she exists solely for the sexual pleasure of her partner, [name], and her body must be devoted to exciting, serving, and satisfying her partner(s), and ultimately providing them sexual gratification, in whatever manner they shall choose. The sissy’s primary purpose is to serve and to be used and enjoyed, on a frequent and regular basis.
The Sissy shall always be submissive and obedient, as appropriate, and shall be immediately responsive to the sexual needs of her partners. Unless health or safety will be at risk, she is not permitted to question or refuse a demand for any sexual act.
Sissy shall regularly perform acts including, but not limited to: performing oral, manual, or penetrative sex, being pegged, double penetration, and simultaneous stimulation of multiple people with her anus, mouth, and hands.
The Sissy shall wear clothes that show off her pretty, feminine, and weak physique.
The Sissy shall willingly expose or open her mouth and anus for inspection by her dominant, partner(s), or any others at her dominant’s discretion.
Dominant: _________________ Date: [Date]
sissy: ________________ Date: [Date]
Other common elements include:
- Body parts where the sissy will be ejaculated on
- Whether the sissy must have sex with others
- Rules for activities that the sissy is willing to do for/by others or have done to her (kind of like a BDSM checklist)
Chastity Contract
Download chastity contract (PDF file, not editable)
Download chastity contract (DOC file, editable)
A chastity contract exists between someone who wears a chastity device and the Keyholder who controls when and how the device can be removed. These contracts focus on the control of the wearer’s ability to become aroused, be stimulated, and have an orgasm.
The shortest chastity contract will outline the parties involved, how long the chastity device will be worn for orgasm control and denial, specific rules the person wearing the device (the wearer) must follow, and the responsibilities of the person who has control of the device (the Keyholder).
Here’s an example chastity contract:
The wearer, [name], agrees to wear the chastity device for the duration of the contract, unless the Keyholder, [Name], allows them to remove it or for routine maintenance and hygiene purposes. The wearer acknowledges they will be permitted a maximum of [number] ejaculations/orgasms per [number] days and must not otherwise self-stimulate.
However, you can create a longer contract similar to the longer D/s contract above.
1. Parties
This agreement is entered into between the Keyholder [Name] and Wearer [name].
2. Effective Dates
This agreement takes effect on [date+time] and continues until [future date+time], at which point it will be reviewed and renewed, revised, or terminated by mutual agreement. Either party may also call a review at any time.
The Key: The Keyholder keeps all copies of the keys. The Wearer has no access to removal tools.
3. Roles and Honorifics
The Dominant will be addressed as [Honorific] during agreed dynamic time.
The submissive will be addressed as [name] during the agreed dynamic time.
4. Safety
The following safe words are in effect during all play and must be recognized and responded to by either partner if used by the other person: Stoplight system
In case of emergency, the wearer will be able to remove the chastity device with a spare key stored in [location].
The device will be removed every [day] to check for skin and bodily health, including irritation or infection.
5. Hard and Soft Limits
Wearer’s hard limits:
Permanent chastity
Public humiliation
Wearer’s soft limits:
Wearer is open to discussing extended chastity and denial over 24 hours and up to one week in duration.
6. Rules and Protocols
The Keyholder is responsible for safely managing the device, maintenance schedule, and timelines through clear communication and steady emotional support. They must prioritize the submissive person’s physical and psychological well-being, adjusting the arrangement as needed while strictly avoiding using control as a weapon.
The wearer must wear the device properly, honestly, and immediately report any physical pain or emotional distress, and redirect denied energy into service and devotion. They must accept that release is earned rather than owed, trusting that denial is a meaningful expression of the shared dynamic.
7. Hygiene
The device will be removed for hygiene every [number] days (or as decided by the Keyholder) under the Keyholder’s supervision.
During this time, the wearer will tend to personal hygiene, including cleansing, hair removal, and moisturizing.
8. Sexual Release
The wearer is permitted a maximum of [number] ejaculations/orgasms per [number] days and must not otherwise self-stimulate. Requests for other gratification will not be granted.
Dominant: ___________________________ Date: [Date]
submissive: ___________________________ Date: [Date]
It’s also common for chastity contracts to specify:
- What type of chastity device will be worn (typically a cock cage)
- If the wearer must keep a chastity journal detailing their arousal, frustrations, awarded and denied orgasms, etc
- Submissive tasks, including sexual, that the wearer agrees to complete
- How the Keyholder and wearer will resolve any disagreements
- Definitions of terms in the contract such as “Keyholder,” “wearer,” etc
- Health concerns the Keyholder should be aware of
Are BDSM Contracts Legally Binding?

No, BDSM contracts are not legally binding. Nor would a BDSM contract help you legally if someone is hurt, or worse, during your BDSM activities.
A BDSM contract helps guide your interactions and encourages those involved to take the relationship seriously (and may be accompanied by collaring). Some people even say that signing your BDSM contract in front of a witness can make it feel more powerful. But a BDSM contract doesn’t hold enough power to stop you from ending a relationship if you really want to.
What If You Stray From Your BDSM Contract?
AKA: Is a BDSM contract really necessary?
It’s not uncommon for your actual BDSM play or relationship to start to look a little different from your BDSM contract. It might mean that it’s time to update your contract. You might want to simplify the contract to its essence or make it more symbolic if it’s getting bogged down in little details.
But sometimes a BDSM contract isn’t necessary. If you’re frequently negotiating and talking about what you want, what works, and what’s new or changed, then a contract might not add anything to your conversations.
And if you’ve been playing or in a relationship with someone for a long time, you might know one another so well that you don’t really need a contract.
On the other hand, if you don’t usually use contracts with your usual BDSM partners or activities but find yourself playing with someone new or trying something new, especially if it’s complex, you might break out a contract again just to be safe.
Whether you wanted to know what a slave contract is, download a free BDSM contract PDF, or compare your rough draft with a dom sub contract template, the guide above offers everything you need to create your perfectly customized dominant and submissive contract! So get together with your partner, brainstorm, sign, and then enjoy playing together with the knowledge that your expectations and guidelines are clearly understood!
Once you get past novice BDSM games, you may need a contract that’s more structured and in depth.
Orgasm Every Time. Easily. Here’s How...
I want to tell you about my friend Karen.
Karen came to me one day. She was hysterical.
She told me that her marriage was falling apart because she and her husband didn’t have satisfying sex.
Every time they were intimate, Karen was faking her orgasms. It turns out she couldn’t orgasm during sex.
In fact...
She never had an orgasm in her entire life. Not one!
This left her feeling embarrassed and ashamed.
Even worse...
She stopped wanting sex with her husband, slowly driving him away, and...
Almost destroying her marriage. Thankfully...
It turns out that there is a simple solution for women who struggle to orgasm, whether you are having sex or masturbating.
I shared the process with Karen.
After she followed the simple process, she could barely come to terms with how...
Quickly and dramatically her sex life changed.
We met up a few months later and...
She would not stop talking about it,
“I thought I was one of those women who couldn’t orgasm. I used to think I was ‘broken’ and ‘unfixable.’ This saved my sex life, and that saved my marriage.”
Even if you currently struggle to orgasm during sex or while masturbating, this process will also work for you.
And best of all, you don’t need to do anything weird or uncomfortable to start having the best orgasms and sex of your life.

Hi Sean! I have a question and need an honest answer. My husband is not one to go down on me as much as I do on him, I’m not sure why. I’ve asked him so many time s why he says Not now or its because your heels hit me or etc. Please help me, I so want him to go down on me and enjoy it! Thank you
This is a tough one, but my advice is to talk to him about it. Let him know how much you enjoy it and try to find out what he needs to enjoy it.
Take charge of the relationship make him submit and discipline him
Can you help me invent some punishments for my masochist gorlfriend, she is walking all over mine and I’m getting rather frustrated.
I would say use those punishments during sexual activity and if she is bad take them away from her.
i need some advice i am currently out of the lifestyle now for 5 years and every now and then i get the itch for a little kink during sex or even a session however my current fiance is not into the entire lifestyle (keep in mind i was a collard submissive for 6 years and he has never been into the lifestyle howevere has had a previous girlfriend who was into it) and he has told me how he used to create scenes for her and do kink things for her during sex and whenever she needed them and how he used to eat her out and shave her legs and how he used to play with his other ex’s during sex however whenever i ask for them he gets upset with me or even mad at me for it, not only that but our sex life sucks we have sex in one position for the past year and a half and there is NEVER any four play and i always play with him but he never returns the favor, i have talked to him about this numerous times however he just gets mad at me and says he is sorry he cant make me happy or spins it and makes it out to be my fault some how or gets very depressed,, all i want is for him to treat me as if i mean something to him. i need some advice on how to get him to do things with me or what i should do.. other then our sex life our relationship is stronger then concrete building withstanding a tornado, nothing has been able to knock us apart and many things have tryed…
Perhaps sex therapy or getting to the root of your problems together. Communication is essential and maybe he is experiencing other stressors in his life? You are valuable and I experienced the same issue with my ex, it ended up ruining the relationship and I didn’t want to continue with out a wholesome relationship and no matter what we did it just wasn’t great. Your relationship can be so wonderful and loving And awesome other than, so maybe sex therapy would help with making that relationship even more satisfying? Lmk what you feel/think I’d love to hear more.
You are all set to get married! You should line up a divorce attorney at the same time, cause you ain’t gonna last a year! Woman……….. ya always hang on hoping it will change or go back to the way it used to be. That is why we have the power of you all. You’re stupid!
1- make sure you are clean shaved. (AKA) make it pretty down there.
2- get a lift cushion and put it under your buttocks so it licks your pelvis up three to four inches. making it more comfortable for him and his neck.
3- remember discussing what you would like is best before sex is initiated. discussing it in the heat of the moment can be frustrating to both of you.
4-and try whispering the dirty things you want done to you prior to even taking your clothes off.
REMEMBER these are all just suggestions from a man that has been married for 31 years to the same woman and can’t get enough of her.
Some or all of these things may not work but don’t give up.
I have never been interested in the 24/7 lifestyle as that would be too restrictive. But I am a submissive woman with a dominant boyfriend, and we have agreed to a 2/7 BDSM contract. That means 730 hours of BDSM activity per year is mutually agreed to as a minimum under our contract, and the truth is that we probably engage in more than 1,000 hours per year. Our default time slot is from 10 pm to midnight, unless we agree otherwise at least 24 hours in advance. At the appointed time, I must be lying nude on the bed, whether we are scheduled to be home or on travel at a hotel room. He may bind my wrists and/or ankles however he wishes. He may subject me to whatever discomfort, humiliation, degradation, and pain that he chooses to inflict upon me. I may react verbally to express the suffering from my pain. But I have agreed not to complain about it under penalty of harsh, severe punishment, such as having my buttocks and thighs whipped by a leather belt. He asks me to submit to vaginal sex, anal sex, and deep-throat oral sex. I also submit to vaginal fisting, anal fisting, and urine play that includes my receiving golden showers and swallowing his urine. I submit to sucking continuously on his penis during deep-throat oral sex and it is my accepted duty to not pause for more than 5 seconds from doing so in the event that I vomit. I trust him completely. We have been doing this for 11 years, since we were freshmen in college.
